International Experience:

  • Regional Coordinator of the EU/ACP fisheries project in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania.
  • ACP Fisheries expert for the Technical Centre for Agriculture and Rural Cooperation (institution of the ACP-EU) to draft the fisheries policy brief (2007)
  • Lecturer,  KIST (Kigali University of Science & Technology) in Rwanda and Head of the Department for Women in Technology and Community Development at CITT (the rural technology transfer unit of KIST)
  • Coordinator of the Higher Education Link on Gender and Development between KIST and Glasgow Caledonian University (U.K).


Current project:

Country Director for Rwanda Horiculture Export Standards Initiative (RHESI); a project funded by the World Trade Organisation in partnership with Rwanda Government to support horticulture exports.
